The Thames Path 100K is a challenging point to point ultra marathon that follows England's longest river through some of southern England's most picturesque landscapes. Starting just south of Oxford and finishing in Henley-on-Thames, the event combines historic riverside towns, varied terrain and classic National Trail running.
After leaving the start near Oxford, runners join the Thames Path National Trail and follow the River Thames through a constantly changing landscape of riverside paths, traditional rowing clubs, countryside trails and attractive villages. The route also incorporates sections of the Ridgeway National Trail, adding further variety to the course.
With a mixture of tarmac paths, muddy trails and scenic riverbank running, the Thames Path 100K provides a rewarding endurance challenge and a memorable way to finish the ultra running season.
