The Tavy 5K is a monthly road race held at Tavistock College, following a fast, flat, officially measured course on tarmac footpaths around the college grounds and The Meadows. The traffic free route provides an accessible 5K suitable for both experienced runners and those new to racing.
Organised by Tavistock Athletics Club under UK Athletics rules, the event features chip timed racing on a licensed course with registration available in advance or on the day. Free parking is available at the college, with the race taking place on the third Saturday of each month.
