The event uses a 2.62 mile out and back route crossing Hockley Viaduct, with runners completing as many laps as they choose to achieve distances from a single lap through to a marathon or ultra.
Organised by Phoenix Running, the event operates a flexible seven hour format, allowing participants to start between 08:00 and 13:00 before the course closes at 15:00. Every finisher receives a bespoke medal, while the well stocked aid station provides a wide selection of sweet and savoury refreshments, including vegan options.
