Starting and finishing at the brewery, runners will head out along Gulf Lane, with views over the open countryside and the Trough of Bowland hills.
With a beer stocked aid station (water optional) to freshen you up.
Head back to the finish line at the brewery, where you can claim your prize of a well deserved pint of beer.
