Organised by Sticker AFC, the Sticker 5 is a summer evening 5 mile road race held on the quiet B roads and country lanes around Sticker, near St Austell in Cornwall. The event welcomes runners aged 15 and above and offers a friendly local racing atmosphere.
The undulating one-lap course features a challenging climb shortly after the start before runners continue through the surrounding countryside. A water station is provided halfway, with marshals supporting runners around the route.
All finishers receive a free Cornish pasty, with free parking available close to the race HQ. The event has a 300 runner limit and is run under an ARC/UKA race licence.
