Stan's Toffee Run is a 4 Mile multi terrain race organised by Kimberworth Striders in Elsecar, South Yorkshire.
The undulating course starts on the Trans Pennine Trail a short distance from the Market Hotel before taking runners over a mixture of surfaces around the local area. The combination of trail, paths and varied terrain provides a compact but testing summer evening race.
Race headquarters are at the Market Hotel, where runners collect their numbers before walking the short distance to the start. The event is open to runners aged 15 and over and has a traditional local club race atmosphere. A presentation and buffet take place at the Market Hotel after the race.
