The course takes in sections off the well-trodden paths and trails, to give you some genuine climbs and (weather permitting) some proper cross country mud. Then there is the infamous 'sluice crossing' to negotiate. That said, if you pause to catch your breath there are some great views of the park to be had from the top of the big hill!
