Southampton Common 10K

Take on the Southampton Common 10K Charity Fun Run and enjoy a rewarding race through one of the city's most popular green spaces. Organised by MCC Promotions, this friendly event welcomes runners of all abilities, from experienced club athletes looking to test their pace to newcomers tackling the distance for the first time.

The accurately measured course begins with a 3.2K section before runners complete two laps around Southampton Common. Following well-maintained pathways through attractive parkland and tree-lined surroundings, the largely flat route features some gentle inclines but no significant climbs, offering good opportunities for a consistent pace and a strong finishing time.

Every finisher receives a bespoke medal, while trophies are awarded to the first three runners and spot prizes add to the occasion. With water stations, first aid, free parking and a welcoming race-day atmosphere, the Southampton Common 10K combines enjoyable racing with support for local charity Southampton Youth Options.
