The Southampton Half Marathon is a city road race starting and finishing beside St Mary’s Stadium, home of Southampton Football Club. The event also features a 10K and Junior Race, bringing together runners of different ages and abilities for a morning of racing through Southampton.
Half Marathon runners complete two laps of the city course, while the 10K follows a single lap. The road route provides a fast urban challenge with clear distance markers and marshals positioned at key points, giving runners the opportunity to target a personal best or take on an accessible autumn road race.
Both the Half Marathon and 10K return to the stadium area for the finish, where runners receive a themed medal, chip timed result and post race goodies.
