The route traverses Ennerdale, Borrowdale, over Grasmere Common, past Grisedale Tarn, through Patterdale, over Kidsty Pike and along Haweswater into Shap. This is a challenging yet beautiful ultra, and a great stepping stone for those aspiring to enter the SILVA Northern Traverse.
