The Sevenoaks 7 is a challenging multi terrain race through the historic landscapes of Knole Park in Kent. Organised by Sevenoaks Athletics Club, the event features a scenic 7 mile course alongside a free, chip timed 3.5K junior race for young runners aged 9 to 15.
Starting and finishing within Knole Park, the main race combines trails, woodland paths, grass and sections of tarmac across a hilly course with twisting routes and rewarding views of the surrounding parkland. The varied terrain and testing profile provide an enjoyable challenge for club runners, experienced trail runners and anyone looking to tackle a distinctive summer race.
All finishers receive a bespoke medal, with trophies awarded to leading runners and free event photography included. Combining a beautiful National Trust setting, friendly atmosphere and memorable multi terrain course, the Sevenoaks 7 has become a popular fixture in the Kent running calendar.
