Race 2 of the 4 race Sale Sizzlers Series is organised by Sale Harriers Manchester and forms part of one of the North West's best known summer 5K race series. Held on summer evenings in Wythenshawe Park, the series attracts runners of all abilities, from first time racers to elite athletes chasing fast times and series honours.

The accurately measured 5K course follows a flat, traffic free road circuit entirely within Wythenshawe Park. Renowned for its fast profile and excellent organisation, the route provides ideal conditions for personal best performances while offering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for every runner.

With chip timing, generous prizes, team competitions and an enthusiastic volunteer team, the Sale Sizzlers Series continues to be a highlight of the summer racing calendar, with Race 2 building momentum towards the overall series standings.
