Runningmonk's Rollin 100

Rollin' 100 starts and finishes at Bishops Castle Rugby Club, following a continuous 100 mile loop through Shropshire, Herefordshire and Powys. The route combines sections of the Shropshire Way, Offa's Dyke Path and the Mortimer Trail with other public footpaths, taking runners across trails, forests, fields and quiet country roads. With around 16,500 feet of elevation gain, the course includes several steep climbs and demanding sections throughout.

Organised by Runningmonk Trail Events, every participant receives GPS tracking so friends and family can follow their progress, along with fully stocked vegan friendly aid stations positioned around the course. Finishers receive a commemorative buckle, T-shirt and buff, while toilet facilities are available at race headquarters. Parking is provided nearby at Bishops Castle Business Park, with camping available close to the start for those arriving the night before.

Rollin' 100 is an excellent choice for runners looking for a challenging trail ultra in the Welsh Borders. Combining iconic long distance trails, varied off road terrain and demanding elevation across three counties, it offers a true endurance test for experienced ultra runners.
