Run to the Sea Bournemouth is a 50K point to point ultramarathon from Moors Valley Country Park to Hengistbury Head in Bournemouth. The route heads south towards the coast, using the Castleman Trailway for part of the journey before continuing along the seafront towards the finish.
Runners tackle a relatively flat course across varied terrain, including forest trails and coastal paths. The accessible profile makes the 50K suitable as an introduction to ultrarunning while also providing an opportunity for experienced runners to target a faster ultra time. The fully signed route includes four feed stations positioned at approximately 10K intervals.
