Run The Runway Perth

Run The Runway Perth is organised by Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance in partnership with Wee Run Events and takes place at Perth Airport near Scone, Perth and Kinross. Offering 2.5K, 5K and 10K distances, the event gives runners the rare opportunity to race on an active airport runway after flying operations have finished for the day.

The flat course combines airport tarmac with short grass sections, creating fast running conditions for those chasing a personal best while offering a memorable experience for runners and walkers of all abilities. Few events provide access to an operational airport, making Run The Runway one of Scotland's most distinctive running events.

Every participant benefits from chip timing, a bespoke finisher's medal and an official Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance T shirt. Entertainment, warm up activities, refreshments and free parking help create a welcoming event atmosphere, while optional live fundraising supports the charity's life saving emergency helicopter service across Scotland.
