The flat, fully paved course uses laps of the park, providing consistent running conditions well suited to runners targeting a fast time. The 10 Mile race completes 6.75 laps while the 10K covers four laps, with both distances finishing on the athletics track.
Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned around the course. Both races are chip timed, with free race photography and post race goodies included.
A separate 800m Junior Race takes place on the track, completing the event programme. All finishers receive a themed medal.
