Part of the Run Media City series, this 5K and 10K event takes place around MediaCityUK in Salford. Starting and finishing near Lowry Plaza, the route follows flat paths and pavements around the quays, passing landmarks including the Imperial War Museum along with the ITV and BBC studios.
The course uses a fast 2.5K loop with the 5K completing two laps and the 10K covering four laps. Known for its flat profile and evening race atmosphere, the event is well suited to runners chasing a PB as well as those looking for an accessible city running experience.
