Run Aintree 5K, 10K & Half Marathon July

The Run Aintree Half Marathon, 10K and 5K July is organised by RunThrough and takes place at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. The event offers three accurately measured road races at the world famous home of the Grand National, providing runners with the opportunity to race on traffic free roads within the iconic racecourse.

The flat road courses follow lap routes around the racecourse on smooth tarmac. The 5K completes one lap, the 10K covers two laps and the Half Marathon follows four laps with a short out and back section, creating fast and consistent running conditions for runners targeting a personal best or an enjoyable race.

Professional chip timing, accurately marked kilometre points, marshals and free race photography help deliver a well organised race day. All finishers receive a themed medal together with post race refreshments, creating a welcoming atmosphere at one of the country's most distinctive racing venues.
