Rumble In The Jumble V is organised by Circuit Running Events and is a six hour timed challenge based at St John's Community Centre in Penistone, South Yorkshire.
The flat, multi terrain course uses out and back laps along a former railway line. Runners can complete anything from 5K and 10K through Half Marathon and Marathon to ultra marathon distance. The main lap measures 4.37 miles, with a separate turning point used for the shorter distances.
Participants can begin their final lap at any point before the six hour limit expires, even if they complete that lap after the six hours. An aid table at the end of each lap provides water, squash, fizzy drinks and a selection of food.
Toilets and free parking are available at the event base. Finishers choose a medal from a selection from previous Circuit Running events and receive a goody bag. The event is licensed by the Trail Running Association and held under UK Athletics rules.
