Rugged Radnage is a community running event in the Chiltern Hills village of Radnage, Buckinghamshire. Organised by Radnage C of E Primary School PTA, it features challenging 5K and 10K mixed terrain races alongside the Mini Rugged Radnage Fun Run for children. Established over 15 years ago, the event raises funds to support the local primary school.
The 5K and 10K routes take runners through scenic Chiltern countryside, featuring woodland trails, uneven tracks and steep climbs. Starting beside Radnage Village Hall, both courses provide a hilly mixed terrain challenge, with the 10K extending through Crowell Wood. The varied terrain makes Rugged Radnage a rewarding event for runners seeking an off road race in Buckinghamshire.
Event headquarters are at Radnage Village Hall, with toilets, bag storage, water stations and refreshments available. A children's one-mile fun run adds to the family friendly atmosphere, while the community café serves food and homemade cakes. Proceeds help fund educational resources and activities at Radnage Primary School.
