The Rosemullion 10K is a scenic multi terrain race around Mawnan Smith and Rosemullion Head on the south Cornwall coast. Starting and finishing at Carwinion Playing Field, the route explores countryside and coastline near the entrance to the Helford River.
Runners tackle an undulating course featuring coastal paths, woodland and field trails and stretches of country lane. A loop around Rosemullion Head brings panoramic sea views, while the varied surfaces and natural terrain provide plenty of variety across the 10K route.
Organised by Falmouth Running Club, the Rosemullion 10K forms part of the Cornwall Multi Terrain Race Series. The event has a 250 runner entry limit and brings together club runners and other participants for an autumn race through one of Cornwall's distinctive coastal landscapes.
