The Richmond Park Marathon starts and finishes at Sheen Gate, following a road course through Richmond Park with sections of the renowned Tamsin Trail. Runners complete a scenic route past Richmond Gate, White Lodge, Ham Gate, Petersham Gate and other landmarks, enjoying panoramic views across one of London's largest Royal Parks.
Organised by 1m2go, the marathon and half marathon now take place on the same day, with a single mass start for both events. The course is fully supported with refreshment stations around the park, while the two lap marathon provides a rewarding challenge on traffic managed park roads and established running routes.
The Richmond Park Marathon combines a classic parkland setting with one of London's most recognisable running locations, offering runners a memorable marathon experience through woodland, open grassland and historic Royal Park scenery.
