The Regent's Park 5K and 10K takes runners around one of London's best known Royal Parks, with both distances starting on The Broad Walk. The 5K completes one lap of the course, while 10K runners cover two laps through the park's spacious and scenic surroundings in the heart of the capital.
With its flat course, the event is well suited to runners chasing a quick 5K or 10K time as well as those taking on their first organised race. Each kilometre is clearly marked with distance flags, while marshals are positioned around the route to guide runners and provide encouragement throughout the race and through to the finish.
Both distances include chip timed results, free race photography and a unique themed finisher's medal. Runners can also expect post race goodies and a lively, well serviced event village with food and drink options, adding to the friendly atmosphere at this popular central London running event.
