The Rasselbock Run Summer is organised by Rasselbock Running and takes place in Sherwood Pines Forest. This flexible six hour trail running challenge allows participants to complete as many laps as they wish within the time limit, making it suitable for runners targeting anything from a single lap to an Ultra Marathon.
The looped course follows a mixture of forest trails, woodland paths and gravel access tracks through the scenic surroundings of Sherwood Pines. Runners decide their distance on the day by completing as many approximately 6.16K laps as they choose before the six hour cut off, creating a relaxed and inclusive endurance challenge.
The event features chip timing, a well stocked aid station, bespoke finisher's medals and comprehensive event support throughout the day. Its welcoming atmosphere, flexible format and beautiful woodland setting have established the Rasselbock Run Summer as a popular fixture in the trail running calendar.
