Race The Light at Wendover Woods is organised by Runaway Racing and takes place at Wendover Woods in Buckinghamshire. The event is an evening trail running race offering 5K and 10K distances, with proceeds supporting the Chilterns Neuro Centre charity.
The courses take place entirely on trails within Wendover Woods, using woodland paths and flowing footpaths with no road crossings. The routes feature a mixture of climbs, descents and undulating terrain, with the 10K course providing a tougher challenge with around 250m of elevation gain and the 5K offering a shorter introduction to trail running.
The event includes chip timing with live results, a marked and marshalled route, medical support, a finisher medal, bag drop and aid stations.
