The Power of 5K Series July is the July event in the Power of 5K Series, a programme of regular 5K races organised by Lancaster & Morecambe AC. Held throughout the year, the series provides runners with repeated opportunities to race over the same fast course and measure their progress across the season.
The officially measured 5K course consists of three laps on a flat layout with no tight corners and no road crossings, creating excellent conditions for runners aiming to achieve a personal best or enjoy competitive racing in a safe environment. The consistent course makes it ideal for comparing performances from one race to the next.
The event welcomes both affiliated and unaffiliated runners, with online entry available and limited entries on the day if capacity allows.
