The Upton Summer Series Race 3 is the third event in a popular five race series organised by Poole Runners. Held across the summer months, the series attracts runners of all abilities who are looking to enjoy friendly and competitive mixed terrain racing in a scenic parkland setting.
The main race follows a 5K mixed terrain route through Upton Country Park, combining park paths and natural surfaces. Alongside the senior race, a junior event gives younger runners the opportunity to take part and experience the atmosphere of the series.
