The Trust 10K is a free guided trail run organised by the National Trust at Polesden Lacey near Dorking. Designed as an informal, non-competitive event, it welcomes runners of all abilities looking to enjoy a social run in beautiful surroundings.
The circular 10K route explores the Polesden Lacey estate and Ranmore Common, combining woodland trails, gravel tracks and countryside paths with a few gates and uneven sections along the way. As the estate remains open to visitors, runners should be aware of occasional vehicles and other path users.
There is no chip timing or race marshals, allowing participants to enjoy the route at their own pace. Toilets and café facilities are available on site, and dogs on leads are welcome, making it an enjoyable morning out for runners and their supporters.
