The Piggs 10K is an annual 10K race organised by Rolls-Royce Harriers in Derby. The event welcomes both club members and runners from local clubs, with the race now based at Darley Park and Darley Fields after moving from its original Mickleover route.
The course is a scenic traffic free loop around Darley Park and Darley Fields, using good surfaced tracks throughout. The measured 10K route provides a parkland challenge away from public roads on well maintained paths.
The event includes chip timing, race prizes across age categories, team awards and the Piggs Trophy for the first Rolls-Royce Harriers man and the Page Trophy for the first Rolls-Royce Harriers lady. A post race presentation and barbecue contribute to the friendly club atmosphere.
