Introducing the 'Roses Are Red Valentines Run' with an epic 'love spoon' medal then, if you fancy making it a weekend of love-running, why not head to West Sussex the following day for the 'Violets Are Blue Valentines Run'. That's right - there is a pair of medals on off and they are the perfect match.
Absolutely everyone is welcome for this timed event where you choose - from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. Complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.
