Phoenix Running West Sussex is inviting you to join them for the Doughnut Dash at Ardingly Reservoir, expect an amazing donut medal and yummy doughnuts!

A timed event where you choose - from 5km, 10km, half marathon, marathon or ultra. You can complete as many or as few laps as you like of a 7km/4.35m out and back course in and around the edge of the reservoir. All abilities welcome - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit.
Everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finisher's medal.
