Runners can complete as many laps as they choose within the event window, from a single 3.28 mile circuit through to half marathon, marathon and ultra distances. A well stocked aid station provides support throughout, while the repeated loop format gives runners the freedom to choose how far they want to go within the seven hour limit.
Held to mark Remembrance, the event pauses for a two minute silence at 11am. Finishers receive a Lancaster Bomber themed medal, with the flexible format and supportive Phoenix Running atmosphere adding to a distinctive endurance event in Greater Manchester.
