Flexible, timed trail running event beside the River Thames in Walton-on-Thames. Runners complete as many or as few laps as they choose on a 5.3K out-and-back riverside course.
Distances range from 5K and 10K to half marathon, marathon and ultra, with no need to decide a final distance before starting. The seven-hour format welcomes runners of all abilities, whether completing one lap or pursuing a longer challenge.
The flat route follows the Thames towpath with no significant elevation change, offering a fast and scenic off-road running experience. Finishers receive a themed medal, with the event known for its bold Phoenix Running medal designs.
