This is one of Phoenix's timed events where you can choose from 5k to ultra, completing as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful River Thames

All abilities welcome - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7-hour time limit. Everyone gets an epic bespoke finishers' medal.
This amazing medal depicts a solitary soldier paying his respects to the fallen and it's absolutely stunning. The ribbon has a Velcro join which allows it to be completely removed and the medal then stands upright on its bespoke base to create a truly beautiful tribute.
