PARAS'10 Catterick is a 10 mile mixed terrain endurance event at Catterick Garrison in North Yorkshire. The original PARAS'10 is inspired by the 10 mile loaded march undertaken during The Parachute Regiment's P Company selection and provides both Run and TAB challenges.
Runners taking on the PARAS'10 Run complete the undulating 10 mile course without the military load, while TAB participants tackle the same distance carrying a 35lb bergen plus water. Both options are open to participants aged 16 and over, with Canicross categories also available for those wishing to complete the challenge with a dog.
The event combines running and endurance across varied terrain in the military setting of Catterick Garrison. Its roots in The Parachute Regiment give the race a distinctive character, while proceeds support Support Our Paras, the charity dedicated to serving and former members of the Regiment and their families.
