One More Lap for Kids' Village is a 12-hour charity ultramarathon relay based at Stowe Field in Lichfield.
Teams of four to six runners complete as many laps of Stowe Pool as possible between 8am and 8pm. The short, open and pan-flat circuit repeatedly brings runners back past the event camp, where teams can change runners, rest and refuel before heading out for another lap. Teams can compete for the highest number of laps or approach the challenge at their own pace.
The event combines endurance running with a day-long fundraising festival featuring team camps, music, food, drink and supporters. Entry is free in return for a fundraising commitment, with money raised supporting Kids' Village and its work with critically ill children and their families.
