One More Lap for Warrington Youth Zone is a 12 hour team endurance running challenge at Cheshire Polo Club near Tarporley. Teams of four to six runners aim to complete as many laps as possible between morning and evening, returning repeatedly to the event camp throughout the challenge.
Runners tackle a short, open and predominantly flat course around the grounds, with the repetitive format testing endurance and determination as the hours progress. Teams can approach the challenge competitively or at their own pace, making the event accessible to experienced ultra runners as well as participants who choose to run or walk their laps.
The event combines endurance running with a fundraising festival atmosphere, with teams creating their own bases around the event camp and supporters able to cheer runners throughout the day. Entry is linked to a fundraising commitment for Warrington Youth Zone, with prizes recognising achievements including the most laps completed and fundraising.
