The Newick Will Page 10K is organised by Newick Sports Association and marks the return of a long established community road race through the picturesque village of Newick. Starting and finishing at the recently renovated Newick Sports Pavilion, the undulating 10K route follows quiet country roads, offering runners a rewarding challenge in the heart of the East Sussex countryside.
Open to runners of all abilities, the event combines a friendly village atmosphere with professional race organisation, accurate chip timing and well marshalled roads. Every finisher receives a medal, while prizes are awarded to the leading runners and age category winners. A junior fun run also gives younger runners the opportunity to be part of the day's celebrations.
Held in memory of Will Page, the event raises funds to help maintain the Newick Sports Pavilion for future generations. Combining scenic rural running with a strong community spirit and local heritage, the Newick Will Page 10K is a welcome fixture in the Sussex road racing calendar.
