The New Forest Trail Run starts from Roundhill Campsite near Brockenhurst and offers a choice of Half Marathon, 17K and 10K routes through the heart of the New Forest National Park. The event welcomes runners of all abilities with fully marked courses and a friendly atmosphere.
The routes follow wide forest tracks and gravel trails through ancient woodland, open heathland and quiet countryside. Along the way, runners pass an abandoned Second World War airfield and may encounter the New Forest's famous free roaming ponies, horses, donkeys and deer, creating a memorable trail running experience.
The New Forest Trail Run is a fantastic opportunity to explore one of England's best known national parks on well maintained trails. A choice of distances, varied scenery and excellent organisation make it a popular late season event for trail runners.
