The North Derbyshire RC Summer Series 5K is the fourth and final race in a series of four summer events held on the No Walk in the Park course at Queen's Park in Chesterfield. The accurately measured road course provides a fast route for runners aiming for a personal best or an enjoyable summer evening race.
Organised by North Derbyshire Running Club under UK Athletics rules, the series rewards consistency across the four races, with overall and age category prizes awarded to runners completing at least three events. A cash prize is also available for anyone breaking the course record, and only bone conduction headphones are permitted.
