Mugdock Country Park Running Festival is organised by Up and Running Events and offers 5K, 10K and Half Marathon distances through the woodland and parkland of Mugdock Country Park.
The scenic trail courses combine well-maintained paths with woodland trails and gently undulating terrain, providing an accessible introduction to trail running while offering longer challenges for experienced runners. The programme also includes a 1K Kids Race and a free Toddler Dash.
The races are professionally chip timed, with marked courses, aid stations and a friendly event atmosphere. Finishers receive a medal after completing their chosen distance in the extensive countryside setting on the northern edge of Glasgow.
