A challenging course held in the depths of winter, including the infamous Big Dippers and a stiff climb up to the top of High, Vinnalls where you are treated to a wonderful downhill finish, with views across the Welsh Marches, as far as the Malvern Hills and Brecon Beacons. Expect mud, hills and wonderful trails.
A shorter 4 mile course omits the Big Dippers and sticks to larger tracks, but still includes a trip up High Vinnalls with its far reaching views and cracking descent.
