Run through closed, spectator packed roads as you make your way out through the town centre and the full party atmosphere of the annual summer carnival in full flow. Exit the town and enjoy the gentle climb up to scenic waterside views of the Grand Union Canal as you loop around the newly refurbished canal path. Then it’s back down into the mayhem, past the iconic Old Grammar School before a quick sprint around the Showground to the all-important finish line.
Not quite ready to take on a full 10K? Why not run our new 6K? All the party atmosphere of the 10K run but remaining in and around the town centre.
After the races have finished, your medal will give you free access to an afternoon and evening of carnival stalls, events, music and sunshine.
