Organised as a Friday night trail race, the Lotherton Hall Trail Race takes place at Lotherton Hall near Leeds. The course covers an 8.5K single lap route through scenic arable farmland, woodland paths and quiet tracks between Lotherton Hall and Micklefield.
The gently undulating trail route also passes close to Hook Moor Wind Farm, providing a varied and enjoyable off-road challenge suitable for runners of different abilities. The event is limited to 250 runners and is run under a Trail Running Association permit.
All finishers receive a medal and a post-race treat, making this a popular summer evening trail event with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
