The Cow Hill Race is organised by Lochaber Athletic Club and takes place in Fort William. This short but demanding hill race covers approximately 3.2K with around 275 metres of ascent, attracting runners looking for a fast and challenging climb above the town.
The course climbs steeply from Fort William to the summit of Cow Hill before descending back to the finish. The route combines steep trails, rough hillside paths and fast descents, rewarding runners with expansive views across Loch Linnhe, Ben Nevis and the surrounding Highland landscape.
