Lincoln Half Marathon is a 13.1 mile road race starting and finishing at Lincolnshire Showground. The route heads from the showground into the heart of Lincoln, giving runners the opportunity to pass two of the city's best known landmarks, Lincoln Castle and Lincoln Cathedral, before returning to the finish.
The event is organised by Run For All and features chip timing, on course water and energy stations, pacers and baggage facilities. Medical support is positioned around the course and at the start and finish, while an event village provides food, drink and other facilities for runners and spectators.
Finishers receive a medal and goody bag, with the option to purchase a finisher T shirt and personalised medal insert. The Lincoln Half Marathon can also be entered alongside the City of Lincoln 10K through the Lincoln Duo.
