EvenSplits Leeds 5K is a monthly running event held at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre in Adel. Taking place on the purpose built cycle circuit, the November race gives runners another opportunity to test their fitness, compete against familiar rivals and track their progress throughout the year.
The 5K race follows the traffic free circuit, providing a controlled setting for runners aiming to improve their times. Chip timing records individual performances, with mile splits available alongside the final results. The race is licensed by UK Athletics, allowing eligible performances to appear on Power of 10.
Runners receive their results by text shortly after finishing, along with a chocolate bar as a post race treat. Participants use reusable race numbers with embedded timing chips, which are also valid for the EvenSplits York 5K series. The event welcomes individual runners and running clubs looking for regular competitive racing.
