The Largo Law Hill Race is an approximately 10K event organised by Anster Haddies Running Club in Lower Largo, Fife. The out and back route heads from the village towards Largo Law, taking runners into the surrounding hills before returning towards the finish, with more than 300m of elevation across the course.
Runners face a challenging hill route with sustained climbing followed by a rewarding descent back towards Lower Largo. Trail shoes or similar footwear are recommended for the conditions, while the elevated course provides impressive views across the surrounding Fife countryside and coastline.
Registration takes place at the Crusoe Hotel in Lower Largo, around half a mile from the race start. The event is held under UK Athletics rules with a Scottish Athletics permit, with prizes awarded to the leading male and female finishers and a welcoming club organised atmosphere.
