The Lancing 10K is a scenic coastal race starting and finishing on Lancing seafront. The out and back route heads west towards Worthing, continuing beyond the famous pier before turning for the return journey along the Sussex coastline.
The accurately measured 10K course follows pathways and is predominantly flat, making it well suited to runners chasing a quick time as well as those taking on the distance at a more relaxed pace. Sea views accompany much of the route, while marshals and water stations provide support around the course.
Runners can expect a friendly seaside atmosphere with changing facilities, toilets and baggage available around the event base. Finishers receive a bespoke medal, with trophies for the leading runners, rounding off an accessible coastal 10K in a memorable South Coast setting.
