This is a 3km fun run on Lancaster University campus, with all proceeds going to Defying Dementia. Every participant will receive a mince pie, Santa hat, medal as well as a free Active Lancaster pass for all students and staff.
There will also be a Christmas-themed fancy dress competition on the day with prizes for the best dressed, so make sure to come in your best Christmassy outfits! Defying Dementia will also be present on the day, accepting donations and talking to you about the amazing work that they do!
The run will begin on Sunday December 1st at 11:00 AM with registration starting at 10:30 AM, starting and finishing at Lake Carter by the sports centre. Parking and toilet facilities will be available on the day, The course is fully marshalled and health and safety approved. Please arrive early for registration and a pre-run briefing.
